A "run" means a live run of a workflow: the one that actually sends the email, updates the sheet, or texts the customer. Building and testing a workflow is free, however many times you do it. Personal is the only plan with a hard limit. Its card advertises a monthly figure, but usage is metered weekly: 25 runs a week on Personal. It is a rolling 7-day window, not a Monday reset and not a reset on the 1st: always "the last 7 days," recalculated every time a workflow tries to run. The allowance refreshes continuously, so a quiet week is never lost. Teams and Scale are never gated this way. The number on each card is an included allowance, not a ceiling. Go past it and the run still happens, billed automatically at the overage rate printed on the card. Overage always bills monthly, even when the base plan is billed annually.
