A "run" means a live run of a workflow — the one that actually sends the email, updates the sheet, or texts the customer. Building and testing a workflow is free, however many times you do it. The figures above are monthly, but usage is metered weekly: 13 runs a week on Personal. 250 runs a week on Teams. It is a rolling 7-day window — not a Monday reset and not a reset on the 1st: always "the last 7 days," recalculated every time a workflow tries to run. The allowance refreshes continuously, so a quiet week is never lost.
