Support
How to reach a person
Email or phone, both answered by the people who build Croft. There is no ticket portal to log into, no queue number, and nothing in front of the inbox that is not a person.

The short version
- ✓ Email support@croft.now . It is the fastest way to get an answer about a workflow or a run.
- ✓ Call or text +1 (980) 980-1155, Monday to Friday, United States business hours.
- ✓ Paste a link to the run you are asking about. It saves a round trip, every time.
- ✓ How long an answer takes depends on your plan, and the free plan does not get a promise. See How fast we answer.
support@croft.now reaches the whole team. Write it the way you would write to a colleague: what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Four things make an answer arrive in one reply rather than three:
- • The workspace the problem is in, by name.
- • The name of the workflow, as it appears in Croft.
- • A link to the run. Every run has its own URL, and its step records hold the input and the output of each step. That record is how we answer the question, so a link to it beats a screenshot and beats trying to reproduce anything.
- • What you expected. We can see what the run did. We cannot see what you wanted it to do.
If a workflow is producing the wrong result rather than failing outright, say so plainly and send two run links: one that came out right and one that did not. Comparing the two step records is usually the whole investigation.
Phone
+1 (980) 980-1155. A person answers it Monday to Friday during United States business hours. Text the same number if that is easier. Outside those hours, leave a message and it comes back to you the next working day.
One honest limit: for a question about a specific run, email is still faster. We answer that question by opening the run record and reading the step that went wrong, and reading a step record aloud is slower for both of us than sending you the link to it. The phone is the right tool for everything else, including the call where you describe a process you would like built.
How fast we answer
These are the response times attached to each plan. They are the same commitments printed on the pricing page, read from the same place, so the two cannot disagree.
| Plan | What we commit to |
|---|---|
| Personal | No promised response time |
| Teams | Email support, 24-hour response |
| Scale | Priority support, 2-hour response |
| Enterprise | Support response time negotiated |
The free plan has no promised response time. We read every message it sends us and usually reply the same week, but a plan that costs nothing does not get a commitment we would have to staff, and we would rather say that here than have you find it out on the third day of waiting.
Two things that are faster than us
- • The run record. Open the run and read the step that failed. It carries the input it was given, the output it returned, and the error if there was one. Most "why did it do that" questions are answered there before you finish typing the email.
- • The docs. croft.now/docs covers connecting an assistant, getting a first workflow running, and what each tool does and what it returns.
Other addresses
- • Privacy, data and deletion requests go to privacy@croft.now . What we hold and how long we hold it is in the privacy policy.
- • Security reports go to support@croft.now with the word "security" in the subject line. That subject moves it to the front of the queue. Tell us what you found and how you found it, and please do not test it against another customer's data.
- • Billing, invoices and cancellation go to support@croft.now as well. Card details, invoices and cancellation are also self-serve: "Manage billing" in your organization settings opens them, and you do not need to ask us first.
